How to Manage Spam: Using our spam filters is not enabled by default on EMAIL ACCOUNTS. To use spam protection you must first contact IREC Technical Support (936-228-0888) to turn the filters on for your particular account. Once filtering has begun, you will need to use the Webmail Interface to manage your Spam Folder because a real message can sometimes be rejected. If you wish to view your Spam Folder via Outlook or other Email Client, your account must be changed to an IMAP Protocol instead of a POP Protocal. See links below for instructions.
